Dear Imperial Provider,

We're excited to share that Imperial is updating its referral policies to make behavioral healthcare more accessible to our members. Starting today, members no longer need a PCP referral to access behavioral health services.

This change will make a big difference in helping members get support more easily. At the same time, we know how important it is to maintain continuity of care, so we encourage behavioral health providers to stay connected with members' primary care teams whenever possible.

EZ-NET Account Deactivation Due to Inactivity

As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain system security and ensure appropriate access, Imperial will begin deactivating EZ-NET portal accounts that remain inactive for 90 consecutive days. If your account is deactivated due to inactivity, you may contact our Provider Portal team at portal@imperialhealthholdings.com to request reactivation.
